Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The role of the Senior Foodcourt Manager is to assist Area Manager and oversee operation of multiple outlets and ensuring the profitability and operational efficiency.
REPORTING LINE:
- Area Manager (AM)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist AM to source for new tenants and provide a good food mix
- Meet food & beverage & tenant sales target
- Prepare daily sales and weekly reports, shift roster and etc.
- Responsible for reconciling and banking of sales
- Handle customers’ enquiries and feedback
- Recruit, train, supervise and develop staff
- Conduct checks on the quality of our products
- Ensure the outlets adhere to existing hygiene, health, cleanliness, and workplace safety guidelines
- Inventory control and management
- Uphold and enforce Company’s Rules & Regulations, as well as ensure compliance with government regulations
- Supervise the operational effectiveness & service standards
- Assist AM in assigned projects
Job Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least minimum ‘O’ levels
- Min 3 years of relevant experience at the same capacity
- Strong leadership quality with excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Good people management skills, communication and listening skills
- Must possess Class 3 license
