Job Description
The incumbent will be trained and equipped with a lifetime skillset in financial recovery after a motor accident.
This job will enable you to gain skills and expertise in customer service, financial recovery as well as service sales.

Responsibilities
- Attend to walk in customers
- Logging in Gear Reporting
- Explain and ensure customer understand the claim process
- Ensure correct classification of type of accident repairs per Barometer of Liability Chart
- Ensure customer understands definition of own damage / Third Party claims
- Represent customers to prepare and submit estimation in repair cost
- Arrange surveyors to inspect damaged vehicle
- Represent customers to negotiate with insurers on the insurance coverage and repair cost
- Finalize the repair cost with surveyor and send LOD to insurers
- Coordinate and administer paperwork and invoicing of the repairs to customers and insurers
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor
- Willing to work in Tuas
- Attentive, honest, hardworking and resourceful
- MS Office and Excel knowledge
- Understanding of Motor Vehicles / Relevant experience in automotive industry
- Motor Claims experience advantageous
