As a part of the Auto Department, you will support business growth by ensuring timeliness of payments to our business associates in vehicle financing, stock financing and brokerage business.
Our core functions include (but not limited) the following:
- process loan applications that are referred by our business associates (i.e. Dealers and Distributors);
- check and verify loan documents before payment;
- send loan documents to our customers who take up financing with us in their vehicle purchases;
- submit GIRO applications to banks on behalf of our loan customers;
- arrange payment of referral fees to our agents; and
- perform KYC checks on loan applicants.
Job Responsibilities
· Process loan applications and perform data entry
· Check and verify loan documents before payment
· Create loan accounts
· Update data in system, e,g. GIRO arrangement, change of address, change of vehicle number etc
· Monitor HPFLAS reports and lodge Form A
· Perform transfer of vehicle ownership
· Manage and attend to e-mails from business associates as well as internal staff
· Other duties / tasks that may be assigned from time to time
· Singaporeans only
· Meticulous and organised
· Able to multi-task and work independently without much supervision
· Can mingle with people of various backgrounds
