Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the process of Purchase Orders to vendors, checking sales confirmation, expediting deliveries, checking and receiving incoming inventories for outbound deliveries.
Specifically, you will:
- Liaise with Sales to understand their demands for the products and enable forecasting
- Liaise and follow up with supplier on shipping arrangement as well as co-ordinate with freight forwarder and manage custom clearance
- Manage the Inventory, ensuring that the physical consignment stock and records in the ERP system are accounted for, and undertake investigation when there are discrepancies.
- Coordinate the deployment and utilisation of the Despatch for delivery
- Process orders and manage the billing process accurately and promptly
- Support process improvement to enhance efficiency and undertake cost-benefit analysis
You should have a NITEC or Diploma with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in supply chain. You should be proficient in ERP system, possess good interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate ownership and initiative. Having a Growth mindset, being customer focused and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team are desired attributes.
