The Patient Service Associate is a service professional who will implement service assistance to patient in the area of wards which primarily includes (but is not limited to) admissions, payment collection and other administrative and counter duties. They will also ensure patients' information are kept up to date and compliance with personal data protection act.
• Preferably at least a Diploma under local Polytechnic.
• Candidates with GCE 'O' or 'N' Level required at least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience
•Good communication & interpersonal skills
