Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist and backup in general administrative and clerical support for other departments
- Assist and ensure prompt submission of reports to relevant departments
- Answer, screen and forward phone calls and practise good telephone etiquette
- Attend to visitors and preparation of meeting rooms
- Maintain proper filing system of all documentation/records files
- Sorting, filing and keying of Delivery Tickets and Trip Pay from customers.
- In charge of operation supplies suck as uniforms, accoutrements, stationary, PPE, pantry toiletries and etc
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Other duties as assign by supervisor
Job Requirements
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Meticulous
- Fluent in English, which includes the ability to read and write
- Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Additional Notes:
Working Location: Joo Koon [3 bus stops away from Joo Koon Bus Interchange]
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5.30pm
