Job Description

To ensure accountability of in-store, E-commerce orders and commercial/non-commercial inventory within working compound
To ensure traceability of in/outbound movement, handover process of in-store, E-commerce orders and commercial/non-commercial inventory
Responsible in resolving discrepancy, dispute in regards to in-store, E-commerce orders and commercial/non-commercial inventory within stipulated timelines
Responsible for all parcel and fixtures movement deliveries, collections, internal transfer in a safe and professional manner.
Responsible for the operational readiness (e.g. administrative and condition) of vehicle at all times
To ensure parcel are packed accurate accordingly to the order packing slip and handover to 3PL delivery partner in a timely manner.
Any other duties which may be assigned by your immediate supervisor/manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking
Process good interpersonal and communication skills and initiative
Independent and able to work in a fast pace environment
5 days work week in rotating shift
Valid class 3 driving license in Singapore
