Job Description
- Ensure the daily maintenance work of the store including trouble-shooting, repair and maintain M&E services and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance.
- Work closely with the appointed outsource maintenance services team station in the store for the day to day duties.
- Attend to reports pertaining to power, lighting, telephone, POS (Point-of-sale) connection failure, malfunctioning of M&E services, evaluate and rectify them accordingly.
- Liaise, monitor and supervise external contractors conducting renovation work as and when required.
- Any other duties which may be assigned by your immediate supervisor/manager from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the retail mall/hotel/hospitality industry.
- Technical capacity and knowledge on M&E services.
- Ethical conduct.
- Pleasant disposition, good listening and communication skills.
- Able to work on shift work, weekends & public holidays.
- Proficient in English.
