  • Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations independently within budgeted guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage products.
  • Customer Feedback: Respond efficiently and accurately to customer feedback and complaints.
  • Staffing: Prepare employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and retain team members.
  • Standards Compliance: Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for store operations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventories and conduct stock-taking activities.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

  • Education and Experience: At least have experience in F&B, Retail, or the hospitality industry.
  • Communication and Leadership: Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
