- Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations independently within budgeted guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage products.
- Customer Feedback: Respond efficiently and accurately to customer feedback and complaints.
- Staffing: Prepare employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and retain team members.
- Standards Compliance: Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for store operations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventories and conduct stock-taking activities.
- Safety and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
