Job Description
- Received goods with inventory
- Update PCOM databases with order details
- Check stock inventory liaise to account
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Prepare Supplier invoice do PO, E-sign to account
- Issue parts require to workshop mechanics
- Update all purchase invoice in PCOM
- Up keeping of stocks inventory /Check stock inventory
- Inspecting purchased products parts arrive in good condition upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
- Updating all records of purchased products into PCOM
- Monitor tyres and batteries usage on vehicles and mileage done.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Great teammate with initiative and a positive attitude towards learning
- Self-motivated individual with strong sense of responsibility
