Job Description
  • Received goods with inventory
  • Update PCOM databases with order details                                          
  • Check stock inventory liaise to account
  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs                               
  • Prepare Supplier invoice do PO, E-sign to account                                                
  • Issue parts require to workshop mechanics
  • Update all purchase invoice in PCOM
  • Up keeping of stocks inventory /Check stock inventory
  • Inspecting purchased products parts arrive in good condition upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
  • Updating all records of purchased products into PCOM
  • Monitor tyres and batteries usage on vehicles and mileage done.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Great teammate with initiative and a positive attitude towards learning
  • Self-motivated individual with strong sense of responsibility
