The Service Crew is responsible for answering questions/making recommendations on meal items, serving food/beverages to customers, and performing cashiering duties.
Customer Service
- Undertake day to day restaurant operational tasks which include the taking of food & beverages orders
- Ensure the display of excellent customer service at all times, greet and welcome restaurant diners in a warm and friendly manner
- Create high standards of customer experience, be attentive towards the customers and their queries
- Ensure prompt serving and clearing of plates after guests have finished dining
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the restaurant and the brand standards
- Other job related ad-hocs duties if require
Duties (Rotation):
1. Lobby duties
- In-charge of clearing of used cutleries and tray and rearrange the tables and chairs
- Attend to customers’ needs
- Top up the condiments
- In-charge of the cleanliness of the lobby area
- Clear the waste/garbage twice a day
- Bring the food and serve to customers
2. Cashier duties:
- Take order from customer and ensure the correct order being keyed into the system
- Ensure correct amount to be collected and paid
- Operate the POS system and ensure the collection is accurate and tally
- Good customer service
- Team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal staff and customers
- A genuine and honest, "can do" attitude! :)
