- Ensure smooth-running of daily operations at Kindergarten-Care (K-Care) Centre, including taking a class to conduct programmes as and when needed
- Mentor and supervise team of K-Care Officers to ensure compliance to SOPs, safety and health standards
- Maintain and build rapport with various stakeholders, especially school and parents
- Handle administrative duties related to the K-Care Centre (e.g. fees collection, registration and withdrawals, administering of subsidy applications)
- Handle emergencies and administer first aid, where applicable

- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a preschool setting, preferably in a senior teacher / supervisory / leadership role
