Position: Commis Pastry Chef
Location: 267 Pandan Loop, Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, viennoiseries, and other baked goods following our established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food items are prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the pastry team to innovate and introduce new products, contributing to menu development.
- Manage inventory, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
- Support senior chefs in daily operations, including mise en place and other preparatory tasks.
Qualifications:
- A diploma or certification in Patisserie or Bakery would be highly advantageous
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality baked goods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to business needs, including working shifts as required.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
