  • Location: 19 Yong Siak St, Singapore 168650
  • 44 hours 5 day work week
  • Required to work on weekend and public holidays
  • Split Shift  per work day ( 10am - 3pm, 6pm - 10pm)

 

Key Job Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage opening and closing processes, including cash handling

Team Supervision

  • Train, mentor, and schedule staff for smooth service.
  • Address employee performance and resolve team issue

Customer Experience

  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve complaints.
  • Monitor dining areas to maintain service quality.

Inventory and Financials

  • Manage inventory, control costs, and track sales.
  • Prepare reports and assist with budget management.
